- Provide strong leadership and management of a team, enabling members to embrace and move forward with changes in a positive, enthusiastic and effective way
- To ensure that workloads are prioritised and allocated effectively
- To be responsible for the maintenance of high standards of work within the service through the monitoring of performance in relation to assessment and care management, self directed support, file recording, auditing, workload distribution, staffing and direct provision.
- Educated to degree level in a health or social care discipline with current SW England registration
- Evidence of continuing professional and personal development
- Demonstrable experience of working in a health or social care management role
- Experience of working with people who experience serious ongoing mental health problems
