Driver Hire Lancaster is looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 RORO Skip Driver to join our client's growing team on a temp to perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and skilled driver who enjoys varied work and wants the security of a long-term role.
?? Job Role:
Operating Class 2 vehicles fitted with Roll-On Roll-Off (RORO) skip equipment
Delivering and collecting skips from a variety of sites, including residential and commercial
Ensuring loads are secured correctly and transported safely
Providing excellent customer service
Completing daily vehicle checks and paperwork accurately
? Requirements:
Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
Minimum 1 year of experience with RORO skip vehicles
Valid CPC and Digi Tacho cards
Strong understanding of road safety and working time regulations
Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role
A can-do attitude and strong work ethic
