Createandmanagedailyshippinglists;pick,count,andweighproductstofulfilcustomerorders.
MaintainaccurateinventorytransactionsinERPsystemsrelatedtoshippingandpackaging.
Monitorincomingmaterialsforoverdueordersandtakeappropriateaction.
Backfillshippingorreceivingpositionsasneeded.
Trainandcertifynewassociatesinshipping,receiving,andmaterialhandling,includingforktruckoperation.
Operatewarehouseequipmentasrequired.
Ensurecompliancewithproceduresandallwarehouse-relatedqualitystandards.
Maintainhealth,safety,andenvironmentalstandardsinthewarehouse.
Liaisewiththekeyinternalteamsandtransportcompaniestoensuretimelyorderfulfilment.
Produceregularreportsandstatisticsonwarehouseperformance.
Identifyandimplementprocessimprovementstoincreaseefficiencyandreducecosts.

SuccessfulCandidateRequirements

Essential:

Proventrackrecordinasimilarwarehousemanagementordistributionrole.
Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
Strongproblem-solvingabilities.
Abilitytoworkeffectivelyaspartofateam.
Experiencewithcomputersystemsandtrainingothers.
Abilitytovisuallyinspectproductsandperformbasicmaths(addition,subtraction,division,multiplication).

Desirable:

ForkLiftTrucklicence.
ExperiencewithERPorwarehousemanagementsystems.
