Were looking for a Trainee Machine Operator to join our busy, hands-on manufacturing team. No experience? No problem. Were more interested in someone whos got the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.

If you're dependable, ready to work, and get along well with others you could be just who were after.

What Youll Be Doing:

Learning to operate a range of machinery
Hands-on work with laser cutters, presses, plate rollers, and more
Supporting production and helping keep things running efficiently

What Were Looking For:

A solid, hard-working character
Keen to learn and grow on the job
Good personality team player, easy to get on with
Previous factory or machine experience helpful, but not essential

The Details:

Monday to Friday (6am3pm or 9am6pm fixed or rotating shifts)
Starting pay: £12.50£13.50 per hour
Potential for future shift work as the business grows
