What we're looking for in Sous Chef candidates...
- A minimum of 2 years experience within a Michelin-starred restaurant (Or equivalent)
- Confidence and competence across all sections within the kitchen
- Proactive, flexible and adaptable, with great attention to detail
- Good length of service and loyalty shown to previous employers
- A genuine passion for your craft
