We are excited to exclusively support our Moreton-based client in their search for a new Sales administrator. This opportunity has arisen as a result of the company's impressive growth and ambitious future plans.

Role Overview: We are looking for a dedicated individual with a strong focus on customer service and sales support. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient processing and handling of sales orders and customer queries.

This is a full-time office-based position, working Monday-Friday 8-5. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support.
  • Process sales orders and manage customer queries efficiently.
  • Issue VAT receipts and handle financial transactions, including phone payments and orders.
  • Update customers on order dispatches and coordinate with couriers for collections and delivery updates.
  • Manage returns, refunds, and address complaints or poor reviews to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team by following up on quotations and chasing cash accounts for payments, including taking deposits.
  • Complete supplier forms, import invoices to customer portals, and perform other administrative duties as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or sales administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in handling financial transactions and sales order processing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
