We’re looking for a highly organised Administrator for our client, who have been awarded an exciting new project. This role is key to ensuring efficient project delivery and smooth team operations.

This position is initially for 9 months but could be extended to 24 months.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as main point of contact for clients
  • Manage scheduling and coordinate consultant activity
  • Oversee project processes from start to finish
  • Maintain accurate records and systems
  • Prepare documents, certificates, and quotations
  • Provide general admin support to the team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and time management
  • Previous experience in admin or project support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Adaptable, proactive, and team-oriented

Desirable:

  • Experience with CRM or workflow systems
  • Good data entry and IT/database skills

Hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Contract: Fixed-Term (9 Months)

Additional information: Flexibility to WFH 2 days per week, offered after the training period
