Head Baker

We're working with a brilliant small bakery based in the heart of Gloucestershire. Theyre on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Head Baker to lead their talented team. With a brand-new 2,000 sq ft production kitchen and exciting growth plans, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who has thrived in a similar hands-on, fast-evolving environment.

Whats in it for you as the Head Baker:

• £35,000 per annum plus £300 to £400 per month in service charge
• A night-based rota 10pm to 8am

What youll be doing as the Head Baker:

• Leading the baking operations through the night shift in the production kitchen
• Creating high-quality baked goods to the highest artisan standards
• Managing and mentoring your team of bakers
• Working closely with the owners to support expansion plans and improve processes
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment
