Location: Moreton-on-Lugg, Herefordshire
Pay: £16.50 per hour (weekdays) | £20.41 per hour (weekends)
Shift Pattern: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Availability: Full-time including weekends
Own transport required due to the location

We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our busy logistics operation. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role and make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure high levels of productivity, quality, and safety.
- Leading and supporting your team to achieve and exceed operational targets.
- Managing team performance through clear communication, motivation, and coaching.
- Handling daily reporting, leading team calls, and solving operational issues quickly and effectively.
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics leadership role.
- Strong communication and team management skills.
- A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
