About You
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous looking to step up
- Passion for fresh, seasonal food and creative presentation
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Ability to thrive under pressure and remain calm and focused
