Production Operative & Machine Operator

We have an excellent opportunity for Production Operatives with machine operating experience to join a growing business in Radcliffe. Due to expansion, our client is offering long-term work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

About the Role:

Operate machinery to produce plastic products, including traffic cones and grass grids.

Monitor machines, adjust settings, and report any mechanical issues.

Pack and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.

Follow production processes and work efficiently as part of a team.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following health and safety regulations.

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 07:00 - 19:00

No work on Fridays - enjoy long weekends!

Requirements:

Previous experience in production and machine operation is essential.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physically fit, with stamina for manual handling and long periods of standing.

Team player with a proactive attitude.

Understanding of health and safety in a manufacturing setting.
