My clients have a great presence in a lovely market town and have a strong repeat client base, offering varied and good quality work.
The ideal person will be an experienced private client fee earner who is accustomed to running their own matters. My clients are able to consider a range of qualification from experienced Paralegal, CILEX or recently qualified Solicitor. Supervision and guidance is available from a Partner who has a wealth of experience in this area of law.
The individual will run their own matters and attend to their own clients in relation to Wills, Notice to Sever, LPAs, Registering EPAs, Probate (excepted estates or taxable estates), Advising on IHT, Deeds of Variation, Deed of Retirements and Appointments of New Trustees.

Candidates MUST have experience of working in a private client department, be a reliable member of a team, IT literate and have good time management skills.
