- Deliver tailored lessons that meet the individual needs of students with a variety of learning requirements, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
- Collaborate with support staff, SENCOs, and families to ensure a consistent and caring approach.
- Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels encouraged and supported.
- Track and assess student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Previous experience working with SEN pupils in a school setting
- Strong understanding of differentiated learning and EHCPs
- A patient, creative, and resilient approach to teaching
