Sub Agent

Brownlee Cale are working with a Tier 2 Civil Engineering firmseeking aCivils Sub Agentto assist with the delivery of a pipeline of renewables projects across Scotland.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with leadership of day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality and programme targets are met
• Supervise Site Engineers, subcontractors and site operatives
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards on site
• Coordinate site documentation, permits and RAMs
• Liase with clients, stakeholders and internal teams for project delivery
• Monitor site progress and provide regular reports to upper management
• Manage permits, inspections and site records

Required Experience:

• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience within Civil Engineering, primarily heavy civils projects or renewable energy projects
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
