We are hiring a Sales Advisor for Car Finance in Motherwell with a basic salary of £23K and OTE exceeding £40K, including guaranteed earnings for the first three months.
The role involves engaging with warm leads through phone, email, and live chat to assist customers in finding suitable finance deals and guiding them through the car-buying process.
Candidates are required to have sales or customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based environment, along with a passion for helping people and strong communication skills.
