Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer (FM - Electrical Bias)

The Role:

We are seeking a Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer with Electrical bias to join our Facilities Management team covering Data Centres. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role in a growing team, with the potential for long-term career development and progression.

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and other essential building services tasks across a variety of sites. This role offers diversity in your day-to-day responsibilities, with some days spent at a single site and others covering multiple locations.

Hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting electrical PPM and reactive tasks to exceed customer expectations.
• Maintaining HVAC, mechanical, and fabric aspects of the building as required.
• Managing contractor control duties and ensuring work meets standards.
• Issuing Permits to Work and ensuring compliance with H&S regulations.
• Offering a professional service while representing the company and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Evaluating equipment performance and ensuring it operates to specified criteria.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely administration.

What We're Looking For:

• Essential Skills/Experience:
• Experience in a mobile role within Facilities Management (FM), with knowledge of electrical and AC PPM.
• Fully qualified with 18th Edition, NVQ or C&G Installations, AM2. F-Gas certification is an advantage.
• A proactive approach to client liaison and problem-solving.
• A valid driver's license (a company vehicle/allowance is provided).
• Desirable Experience:
• Previous experience in mobile engineering within FM in critical environments
• Familiarity with contractor monitoring and control.
• Experience working with UPS
