Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of production team
- Ensure high standards of product quality, safety, and efficiency

- Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless production flow
- Monitor production schedules, adjust resources as necessary, and meet production targets

Shift Pattern:
- Rotating shift pattern of dayshift and backshift. There will be 2 weeks dayshift (06:00-14:30), 2 weeks backshift (14:30-23:00)
