Moxie People are supporting a values-driven housing provider to recruit a friendly, proactive Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team.
The role:
As a Customer Services Advisor You'll be the first point of contact for tenants, customers and visitors, handling calls, emails and face-to-face queries with warmth and professionalism. You'll log repairs, support tenancy enquiries, update CRM systems, assist with lettings, liaise with contractors and carry out key admin tasks that help keep services running smoothly.
What you'll need:
- Customer service/frontline experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good IT and admin ability
- Calm, empathetic problem-solving approach
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
Housing experience is a bonus but not essential.
