About the Role:
- Support individuals with day-to-day activities, emotional wellbeing and physical care needs
- Contribute to rehabilitation plans to help service users reach their full potential
- Monitor and report changes in health and mood to senior colleagues
- Promote choice, dignity, and respect in all aspects of care
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
- Help create a safe, supportive and empowering environment for service users
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working in a care or support role
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Basic IT skills (email, online systems, Word)
- Numeracy and literacy skills
- A caring and patient approach
- Driver preferred (site is not accessible by public transport)
