Process Operative

Hours of work are Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 7am-4pm. Temp to perm.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our team. The Process Operator will be responsible for monitoring and operating equipment in a manufacturing environment to ensure efficient production processes.

Duties:
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any malfunctions or abnormalities
- Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications and quality standards
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
- Record production data and maintain accurate logs of operations
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Process Operator or in a similar role
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting
