Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
Utilise CRM system to record customer interactions
Manage client accounts, ensuring all orders are processed and completed accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met and exceeded.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services to existing clients.
Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.
Handle transport queries regarding customer deliveries or collections
Requirements
Excellent telephone manner with strong computer skills
A team player who is driven to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Proven experience in an account management or executive role.
Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Hubspot and familiarity with the software
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.
