About the Role:
This is a hands-on, senior kitchen position at a fast-paced venue where standards are high and teamwork is everything. The successful candidate will bring culinary flair, solid management experience, and the drive to deliver food that is both consistent and exciting.
Your responsibilities will include:
Running every aspect of the kitchen with professionalism and clarity
Championing exceptional quality, presentation, and consistency
Training, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team
Working closely with senior leadership to design and refine menus
Ensuring the kitchen remains safe, efficient, organised, and fully compliant
