Dumper Driver – New Build High School, Mynydd Isa

We are currently seeking an experienced Forward Tipping Dumper Driver to join a well-established civil engineering and groundworks contractor on a new build high school project in Mynydd Isa, near Mold. This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable operator who takes pride in maintaining safety and site standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Safe operation of a forward tipping dumper to transport materials across a busy construction site

Working closely with excavator drivers, groundworkers, and site supervisors to maintain steady workflow

Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any faults or maintenance issues

Supporting general site operations when required

Upholding site health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper ticket

CSCS card

Current fit-to-work medical certificate

Previous experience on civil or commercial groundwork projects

Good communication skills and a proactive attitude

Must pass a drug and alcohol test prior to starting on site
