About the company:
My client is an up and coming reinforced concrete frame company with the ability to integrate groundwork and associated works in one package. Due to increased work load they are recruiting for a Project Manager with groundworks and RC Frame experience.The projects they work on vary in value from 1m to 10m with a turnover in excess of 30 million.
About the role:
This is an ideal role for a Project Manager who has managed projects up to a value of 5 million. You will be the number one on the project, liaising with design and commercial teams, right through to completion. This is a role for someone looking to take on bigger sized projects on for an extremely organised civils specialist that has a reputation for having some delivery and quality work.
About the requirements:
You must be degree qualified, ideally in civil engineering, and have ideally progressed from an engineering background.
You must have experience of running projects as a Project Manager up to 5million in a stand alone capacity and be able to illustrate strong leadership, technical and personal skills as the company pride themselves on close interaction with their clients.
You will need to have previous experience of both sub and superstructure projects.
