We are seeking an aspiring, committed, and ambitious Commis or Chef de Partie to join our Boath House team.

We currently have two culinary outlets:

  • MOINE - our fine dining restaurant, which showcases the best of Scotland's larder in creatively inspired, well-presented dishes.
  • Dunbars - relaxed bar dining with a short, simple menu that regularly changes.

We also offer breakfasts for our guests and cater for weddings and events throughout the year.

The on-target earning potential for this role is £40k per annum, comprising a base salary from £27k - £38k (based on a 46-hour contract), plus an estimated £5,000 in gratuities and service charges.* As a member of the Boath House team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits, and rewards.

* About Gratuities & Service Charges:

  • Gratuities (tips) and service charges (an additional charge added to our room rates and services across the estate that is passed directly to our employees) are paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
  • It is estimated that in 2025, our full-time employees can expect to receive around £5,000 in addition to their annual salary.
