Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage production orders for manufacturing site, ensuring everything is in order
  • Accurate data entry to keep records up to date
  • Arrange both inbound and outbound haulage, collaborating with various stakeholders to streamline processes
  • Schedule work for production site, ensuring all tasks are aligned with operational needs
  • Engage with customers, suppliers, and hauliers via phone and email, providing excellent service and support
  • Get ETAs from hauliers to keep both suppliers and customers informed about logistics schedules
  • Handle general office tasks including answering phone calls and filing documents to keep the office running efficiently.
