Warehouse Administrator

Working hours: 6am - 2pm

Rate of pay £13.68ph

We are searching for an enthusiastic Warehouse Administrator to join our client's innovative team.

This post is providing maternity cover for up to 52 weeks and is based in Nantwich.

Working within the production area, you will work closely with production operatives, warehouse operatives and QAs to ensure that production and despatch runs timely and smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Checking the schedule to determine the upcoming production run.
  • Preparing production paperwork - printing necessary documents from the ERP system.
  • Printing labels.
  • Use the WMS system to request the correct packaging from the warehouse, as specified in the production details.
  • Repeat the paperwork process post production, including printing pallet labels.
  • Finalising usage details in the ERP system.
  • Completing any additional administrative tasks required to prepare for dispatch.

Who We're Looking For:We want a motivated and detail-oriented individual who has:

  • Great attention to detail
  • Multitasking skills
  • Computer skills
  • Ideally previously worked with an ERP and WMS system
  • Previous experience within a food production environment or level 2 food and hygiene certificate is desirable but not essential
