Salary: 27-37,000 DOE

An established, design-led architecture studio near Tarporley is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join its close-knit team. Specialising in high-end residential projects across the UK, the practice delivers bespoke, detail-driven homes that reflect the unique aspirations of each client. This role offers the opportunity to be involved across all project stages, from planning through to on-site delivery, with real input into the future of the studio.

Daily Duties

  • Produce technical drawings and specifications for planning, tender, and construction.
  • Manage Building Regulations submissions.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Attend site visits and client meetings.
  • Support project management and contract administration during construction.
  • Maintain drawing standards and stay up to date with technical regulations and materials.

Ideal Candidate

  • Several years' experience in a similar role, preferably within high-end residential.
  • Strong AutoCAD skills (SketchUp and Adobe Suite are a plus).
  • In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
  • Confident communicator with excellent coordination skills.
  • Able to manage workload independently across multiple projects.
  • CIAT registered or working towards preferred.
