Recruitment Advisor

Location: Nantwich

Duration: 6 Months

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 4:30pm

Pay Rate: £15.40ph

Key Duties:

  • Develop and publish engaging, high-quality job advertisements to attract top talent
  • Screen CVs and collaborate with hiring managers to facilitate efficient shortlisting and interview scheduling
  • Conduct candidate interviews and provide support during assessment centres as required
  • Partner with the People Team to streamline recruitment processes and ensure adherence to compliance standards
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and support the execution of recruitment marketing campaigns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring full GDPR compliance

Key Skills Required:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and engage effectively with a range of stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational capabilities
  • Adept at building professional relationships and influencing hiring decisions with confidence and credibility
  • Highly collaborative team member with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to challenges
