Sales Account Manager (Business Telecoms)

Upto 35,000 basic + Bonus (c.70,000 OTE)

Are you an enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for building meaningful customer relationships? We are currently seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role begins with phone-based activities, converting outbound calls into new business through either telephone discussions or engaging webinar meetings. As a Sales Account Manager, you will have the autonomy to conduct and convert your own meetings, turning customers into accounts for ongoing management, fostering future growth, and earning commission.

Position Overview:

  • Make outbound calls to generate new business.
  • Conduct meetings over the phone or through webinars, converting prospects into accounts.
  • Manage and nurture customer accounts for potential re-signs and continued growth.

Focus on Quality:

  • Emphasis on building quality relationships rather than high call volume.
  • Specialisation in Mobiles, Broadband FTTP, and Hosted Telecoms.
  • Full equipment provided with comprehensive training.

Experience/Personal Specification:

  • Experience in selling telecoms products in a B2B environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Outstanding telephone manners.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Ability to work to targets, especially in a remote working environment.
  • Ability to be resilient and work effectively under pressure.
  • Confident and proactive approach to sales and customer interactions.

Package:

  • Competitive basic salary: 27,500-35,000.
  • Uncapped commissions and bonuses.
  • High-achieving Account Managers can earn an OTE of approximately 70,000.
