Responsibilities will include:
- Providing strategic and operational leadership, fostering a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Ensure exceptional levels of customer satisfaction across all areas of the business through the delivery of high-quality service and operational excellence.
- Control operational budgets, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring all business and profitability targets are consistently achieved.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing process enhancements to drive operational efficiency, productivity, and product quality.
- Oversee all departmental functions to ensure alignment with company objectives and that performance targets are met or exceeded across the board.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- Extensive senior management experience within an engineering environment, ideally with a strong background in sheet metal, fabrication and laser cutting operations.
- A demonstrable track record of driving business growth and delivering sustained profitability, with a strong commitment to customer service excellence.
- In-depth understanding of management profit and loss accounts, with the ability to make data-driven decisions that enhance financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, combined with a collaborative leadership style and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
