Manufacturing Process Engineer - Glamorgan- up to 40,000 + Benefits - Ref 1905


I am currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to work for a cutting-edge technology company based in Glamorgan. Salary up to 40,000 + Benefits.


The organisation has been in operation for many years and are worldwide leaders within the design, development, and manufacture of their highly intelligent products. As a business they turnover north of 85m, employ 500 people and are constantly evolving their legacy products as well as designing and developing new innovative products to bring to market.


In line with demand for their products and to support the business with their growth plans they have the need to appoint another Manufacturing Process Engineer on a permanent basis.


In this role as a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will be responsible for handling NPI/NPD projects as well as looking at Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement and Cost Improvement. You will also be expected to do the process documentation, Kaizen activities and value stream mapping amongst other elements expected within a Manufacturing Process Engineer role.


Essential Requirements:


- Previous experience as a Manufacturing Process Engineer or similar
- Experience with Validation processes (ideally Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) or Performance Qualification (PQ)

Desirable Requirements:


- Data Analysis
- LEAN (6 Sigma / Green Belt)
