We are looking to appoint a Head of Quality to join a well established, local precision engineering manufacturer, with global reach.

Joining the senior leadership team you will be a driven, experienced professional with the energy, vision, and commitment to uphold and advance the high standards of quality and compliance.

You will need to be a confident, proactive leader with a passion for engineering excellence and continuous improvement with the following attributes:

  • A strong engineering background (ideally precision manufacturing).
  • Proven experience managing QMS to ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards.
  • Solid knowledge of quality improvement techniques
  • Strong project management, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing ability across all levels.
  • A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and lead from the front.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management tools
