Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary School Teaching Assistants to join our team in Swansea, Neath & Port Talbot. The ideal candidates will have experience working in primary schools and a genuine passion for working with children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting classroom teachers in delivering high-quality education.
- Assisting with lesson planning and preparation.
- Providing one-on-one or small group support to students.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Supervising children during activities and breaks.
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
- A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in education or childcare are preferred.
