Field Service Engineer - Packaging Machinery

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Field Service Engineer to join a well-established company currently experiencing a strong phase of growth. You'll have the chance to earn over 40,000 with overtime while being valued for your existing skills and experience. Full product training will be provided in-house to ensure your success in the role. The head office for this role is based in Nelson.

• Hands-on field service engineer position
• Responsible for the mechanical and electrical maintenance, servicing, and occasional installation of packaging machinery
• Performing breakdown and repair tasks on customer sites across the UK
• Nationwide travel required, including overnight stays

• A skilled mechanical and electrical engineer with practical experience
• Knowledge of or experience working with 3-phase induction motors
• Previous experience in a maintenance, field service, or technician role (or similar)
• Resides within commuting distance to the North West - our head office is based in Nelson, Lancashire

• 30,000 - 31,000 basic salary + paid travel + overtime (OTE 40,000+) + technical training + development opportunities
• All travel expenses covered
• Monday - Thursday 7.30 - 16.30
• Friday - 7.30 - 13.30 (early finish not always possible depending on the job for the day).
• Overtime hours paid at time and a half.
