We are seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis, subject to performance. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a school office environment and proficiency in using SIMS. The position offers a chance to contribute significantly to the daily operations of our school, ensuring efficient administrative support.
Day-to-day of the role:- Manage the reception area, greeting visitors and handling parent enquiries with professionalism.
- Utilise SIMS for various administrative tasks including data entry, management of student records, and report generation.
- Handle communications including emails, phone calls, and newsletters.
- Assist in the organisation and management of school events and activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems.
- Support the finance team with invoicing and tracking of payments.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations.
- Proven experience in a school office setting.
- Proficient in using SIMS.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
