We are seeking a dedicated School Administrator to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis, subject to performance. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a school office environment and proficiency in using SIMS. The position offers a chance to contribute significantly to the daily operations of our school, ensuring efficient administrative support.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the reception area, greeting visitors and handling parent enquiries with professionalism.
  • Utilise SIMS for various administrative tasks including data entry, management of student records, and report generation.
  • Handle communications including emails, phone calls, and newsletters.
  • Assist in the organisation and management of school events and activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems.
  • Support the finance team with invoicing and tracking of payments.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a school office setting.
  • Proficient in using SIMS.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities.
