As a key member of the classroom team, you'll support the teacher and pupils, working with small groups and individuals, preparing resources, and fostering an inclusive learning environment. Your experience will be invaluable in making a real difference to children's education in our partnership school.
Key Responsibilities: Support teaching and learning through targeted interventions, SEN support (IEPs), and feedback. Assist with classroom management, resource preparation, and creating a stimulating environment. Promote pupil well-being, build positive relationships, and provide pastoral care. Collaborate with staff and participate in CPD.
