SG Personnel are looking to recruit an operator for an expanding manufacturing company in Washington.
The role will include inspection, re-work, packing and machine operating. Candidates must have manufacturing experience and be able to demonstrate recent and regular work history.
The role will initially start on dayshift, but ideally the successful candidate will be flexible to work a range of shifts including earlies, backs and nights.
Given the expansion plans, there is definitely an opportunity to remian with the business long term and every chance of a permanent contract if performance, attendance and attitude towards work is good.
Pay rates are as follow:
Days - £12.21
First 12 weeks:
Earlies/Backs £13,43; Nights £14.65
After 12 weeks
Earlies/Backs £14.04; Nights £15.87
