This Production Operative position is working for a manufacturer in New Milton. The role is offering a few different shift patterns. There is an Early Permanent role (6am-2pm), an Early shift 12 month FTC and a lates FTC (3pm – Midnight).

The role is paying £13.49 for the early shift and £16.86 for the late shift.

The Production Operative is responsible for manufacturing products to the required quality standards while ensuring strict compliance with company procedures and Health and Safety regulations. The role involves working across multiple areas of the business including Metallic, Cleanroom, Ink Jet, Mold Shop and Stores. Key duties include setting up, operating and monitoring machinery to ensure products meet specification, as well as assembling components using a methodical and quality driven approach. The position requires regular use of measuring equipment to maintain accuracy and conformity, alongside proactive identification and reporting of potential issues to prevent process disruptions.
