- Weekdays: £16.04 per hour
- Weekends: £16.10 per hour

We are currently seeking reliable, experienced, and caring Healthcare Assistants to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:As a Healthcare Assistant, your role will include but is not limited to:
- Providing personal care and support to residents (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Assisting with mobility and manual handling using appropriate equipment
- Supporting residents with meals and hydration
- Observing, monitoring, and accurately recording residents’ wellbeing
- Promoting independence and dignity at all times
- Working closely with nursing staff and care teams to deliver individualised care
- Reporting any concerns or changes in residents’ conditions
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months of UK-based care experience in a residential or nursing home setting
- Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
- Full-time availability - part-time applications will not be considered
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality care
- Right to work in the UK - we are unable to offer sponsorship

Location Coverage:This role will include, but is not limited to, the following areas:
- New Milton and surrounding areas
- Other parts of Dorset and Hampshire (flexibility to travel is essential)
