Job Type: Full-time, Day ShiftsSalary:

  • Weekdays: £16.04 per hour

We are currently seeking reliable, experienced, and caring Healthcare Assistants to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:As a Healthcare Assistant, your role will include but is not limited to:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents (washing, dressing, toileting)
  • Assisting with mobility and manual handling using appropriate equipment
  • Supporting residents with meals and hydration
  • Observing, monitoring, and accurately recording residents’ wellbeing
  • Promoting independence and dignity at all times
  • Working closely with nursing staff and care teams to deliver individualised care
  • Reporting any concerns or changes in residents’ conditions

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months of UK-based care experience in a residential or nursing home setting
  • Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
  • Full-time availability - part-time applications will not be considered
  • A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to quality care
  • Right to work in the UK - we are unable to offer sponsorship
