Manufacturing Manager | New Milton | £60,000

Are you an experienced Manufacturing Manager ready to shape the future of a precision-led aerospace business? Do you thrive on creating a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement? 

This is a hands-on, people-centric position.  You’ll manage and motivate production teams, streamline manufacturing processes, and champion a safety-first culture.  Your influence will be felt across planning, output, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Working on behalf of a long-established aerospace manufacturing business on the South Coast, Rubicon is recruiting for a senior leadership role that will see you take full ownership of all manufacturing operations and Health & Safety across a busy and technically advanced site.

As the Manufacturing Manager, you’ll benefit from:

As the Manufacturing Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing production teams, coaching for performance and growth
  • Managing production schedules and resources to meet customer, quality, and delivery targets
  • Overseeing Health & Safety across the site to ensure full compliance and a safe working environment
  • Driving operational efficiency through lean practices and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring plant and equipment are maintained and compliant
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape the future of the business

As the Manufacturing Manager, your skills and experience will include:

  • Proven leadership within aerospace manufacturing or a closely regulated sector
  • Strong people management skills with a track record of improving performance
  • In-depth understanding of production processes and quality standards
  • Health & Safety qualifications and leadership experience
  • Confidence to lead change, streamline systems, and drive cultural improvements
