What you'll be doing:
As Bar Manager, you'll oversee the full bar and lounge offering, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium hospitality experience. Your role will include:
- Leading a team to deliver an exceptional 5-star service, every time
- Overseeing rotas, anticipating business levels and managing hours effectively
- Developing and inspiring Assistant Managers through training and mentoring
