Food & Beverage Manager - Lead the F&B Operation at a Popular Holiday Resort | New Milton, Hampshire

Are you an experienced Food & Beverage Manager ready to take ownership of a busy, guest-focused operation? We're recruiting for a well-established holiday resort in New Milton, looking for a strong leader to drive service standards, team performance and overall guest satisfaction across multiple F&B outlets.

What you'll be doing:

As Food & Beverage Manager, you'll oversee all food, drink and retail operations onsite, ensuring every area runs smoothly and delivers the highest guest experience. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day operations across restaurants, bars, kiosks, retail and events

  • Leading, training and motivating the F&B team - including recruitment and rota management

  • Planning and delivering events and functions, including menu input and service coordination

  • Monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies and maintaining strong cost control

  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, presentation, health & safety and food hygiene

  • Managing administrative processes, staff records and online systems

  • Working closely with senior management to meet commercial targets and operational objectives

This is a full-time, permanent role, working 40 hours per week, including some evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

What we're looking for:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality or F&B

  • Confident leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate a diverse team

  • Strong understanding of stock management, cost control and menu pricing

  • Excellent organisational and administrative ability, including use of digital systems

  • A guest-focused approach with a passion for delivering standout service

  • Flexible, positive and able to adapt to the needs of a busy leisure environment
