Do you have machine operating experience with machinery such as a guillotine, punch press and brake press? Do you have experience working with sheet metal? If so, this Semi Automated Machine Welder position is great for you!
This Semi Automated Machine Welder position is a fixed contract for 12 months. There are 2 shifts available, days and lates. The day shift is offering working hours of Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm. The lates is offering working hours of Monday – Thursday 3pm – Midnight, and then 11am – 4pm on a Friday. The day shift is paying £14.73, and the late shift is paying £18.41.
The Semi Automated Machine Welder role will involve working with sheet metal, predominantly on the Semi Automated Welding Machine, to help with the fabrication of the company’s products. The role will involve inspection of the products and quality of the finish too. The role also involves working on brake press, guillotine and punch press machinery where required too.
You will need:
- Previous machine operating experience
- Experience working with sheet metal is preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- To be within a commutable distance from New Milton and be able to make shift start
