What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the New Romney branch.
• Leading and mentoring a sales and lettings team to deliver outstanding results.
• Conducting valuations and listings and driving personal and team performance.
• Maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism.
• Identifying and capitalising on business development opportunities.
• Representing the brand within the local community and strengthening its market position.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential estate agency.
• Demonstrable success in sales, listings, and valuations.
• Prior team management or assistant management experience.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• High levels of customer service and a professional demeanour.
• Knowledge of the New Romney area is helpful
• Well-presented, articulate, and highly motivated.
• Full UK driving licence required.
