AV Project Manager - Prime & Super Prime Residential

New York City | $100,000-$140,000 base + bonus

Are you an experienced AV Project Manager who knows how to deliver complex residential projects without cutting corners?

We're partnered with a high end residential AV integrator delivering design led, technically complex projects across New York City and the wider East Coast. Their work sits firmly in the prime and super prime residential space, with demanding clients and very high expectations around quality and delivery.

This role suits someone who understands luxury residential AV and is comfortable taking full ownership of projects from start to finish.

The role

You'll manage high end residential AV projects from pre construction through to handover, acting as the central point of coordination between clients, internal teams, and external partners.

What you'll be doing:

• Taking full ownership of multiple luxury residential AV projects.
• Coordinating engineers, programmers, designers, and subcontractors.
• Managing client facing communication with homeowners, interior designers, and builders.
• Planning and controlling schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Ensuring projects are delivered to an exceptional standard throughout.

Projects include luxury apartments, townhouses, large scale MDUs, and selected marine installations.

• Proven experience managing high end residential AV projects.
• Strong understanding of AV systems and residential project workflows.
• Confident and professional client facing communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail focused, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Experience delivering MDU projects highly beneficial.
