Our client is seeking a Partner to join the leadership team and help drive the next phase of growth in the US and globally. In this high-impact role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the future of some of the world's most iconic brands and businesses.
What You'll Do:
Lead business growth by acquiring new clients and deepening existing relationships.
Drive end-to-end brand and business transformation programs.
Assist in leading expansion initiatives across key markets and capabilities.
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite leaders, translating strategy into action.
Oversee high-performing, cross-disciplinary teams of strategists.
Manage proposals and pitches
Mentor emerging leaders and help shape the firm's culture and capabilities.
What You Bring:
15+ years of experience in brand strategy or innovation, ideally in a top-tier consulting environment.
Proven success generating business and leading engagements with Fortune 500 clients.
Sharp strategic thinking paired with strong creative and analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
An entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to shape a growing firm.
Willingness to be based in or regularly commute to NYC (2-3 days/week) and travel as needed.
