We are currently looking for a General Builder in the Newark area to work for a well established housing association. This is a long term, self-employed contract where you will be using your own van and tools

As the General Builder you will be responsible for:

Brick work - repairs and re-pointing
Wall & floor tiling
Joinery
External repairs

We are looking for a General Builder who:

Has their own van
Has their own tools
Has relevant industry experience
Has relevant experience within social housing

In return, the General Builder will receive:

21 per hour (CIS or PAYE payments available)
Uncapped fuel allowance at 45p per mile (job to job)
Weekly pay
Long term work
Overtime available
ASAP start
