Join our client's friendly team as a French-Speaking Technical Support Specialist, where you'll provide excellent 1st line technical support to our clients in both French and English. If you're passionate about problem-solving, delivering top-notch customer service, and working in a part time role we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities for the role of French-Speaking Technical Support Specialist:

  • Provide 1st line technical support to key clients in both French and English
  • Log and track incidents using relevant CRM and software systems
  • Diagnose technical issues and provide over-the-phone solutions
  • Escalate complex technical queries to 2nd line support
  • Ensure excellent customer service and support at all times
  • Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for call handling times, resolutions, etc.
  • Monitor group mailboxes to ensure all queries are responded to within SLA
  • Gather feedback from end users via outbound calls when necessary

Required Skills & Experience for the role of French-Speaking Technical Support Specialist,:

  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering high-quality customer service
  • Working hours between 05:30-22:00, Monday - Sunday
  • Candidates must be available to work weekends as part of the regular schedule
  • Clear and professional telephone manner
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience within a Technical Help Desk / Service Desk environment is an advantage, but not essential - full training provided
