About the Company

This is a critical UK production site for a global food brand. Unlike typical fast-paced factories, the emphasis here is on precision, reliability, and engineering excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Recognised apprenticeship or equivalent (BTEC/NVQ ideal)

  • At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing, preferably FMCG

  • Strong hands-on skills in both electrical and mechanical maintenance

  • Proactive, solution-focused approach with attention to detail

The Role

  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance with a focus on reliability

  • Work on conveyors, robotics, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems

  • Troubleshoot efficiently to keep operations running smoothly

  • Collaborate across operations, production, and other functions

  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and performance
